Here is a polar bear I found in a zoo book. I sprayed light and dark blue acrylic paint on homemade white scratchboard. Then I used #11 Xacto blades and some steel wool to bring out the details. 6x9 inches (15.24x23cm).

I'm still working on several pieces of art; two scratchboard pieces, adding oil pastels to some acrylic paintings.
But recently I've been looking into (read: obsessed) Blender 3D, an Open Source 3D program. It has a steep learning curve but the results are great! Check it out: www.blender.org

I didn't like the previous template 'cause it was too constricting and dark. Though it took me 1/2 an hour to choose it...
Anyway the new template is cleaner and I'll upload a new logo soon.
